FansGate is for 18+ creators only. By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

No Income Guarantee

FansGate does not guarantee income. Results depend on content, consistency, audience, platforms, market response, execution and other factors outside any agency's control.

Content Ownership

The creator keeps ownership of their content unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

DMCA and Protection Support

DMCA/content protection support does not guarantee complete removal from every website. FansGate may help with response planning and takedown support where appropriate.

Applications

FansGate may reject any application for any reason, including lack of fit, safety concerns, platform issues or incomplete information.

Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for complying with platform rules and local laws. Applicants should not submit illegal or non-consensual content.
